Swami Nithyananda tried to rape, kill Ashram inmates

In another shocker, it was revealed that 'respected' guru Swami Nithyananda had tried to murder a resident at the Nithyananda ashram at Bidadi near Bengaluru because the godman had found out that he had filmed his sex tape.

Nithya Premananda, alias Lenin Karuppan,has petitioned the Chennai police seeking protection from Nithyananda. He complained that he was chased down by Nithyananda's goons from Bengaluru right up to Salem and that he was lucky to escape to Chennai. According to the police Lenin had sent across 63 copies of the sex tape to various media houses and other institutions, besides important persons across the country and 23 more to the Nithyananda ashrams and devotees abroad. There was also a 5-page letter from a 23-year-old woman, an inmate of the Bidadi ashram who claimed that Nithyananda had raped and sexually harassed dozens of women in the ashram. Nithyananda, is still absconding and the police are hot on his trail. Some have claimed that he is at the Kumbh Mela in Allahabad.

The Sun News, a Tamil news channel aired the shocking video on Wednesday - the clip was part of a sting operation on the Swami, who is seen in compromising positions with two Tamil actresses. The video clearly shows that the man is Swami Nithyananda but the women's faces are slightly blurred in order to conceal their identities. However insiders have said that the actresses are Ragasudha and Rajitha. The video has come as a massive shock to his millions of followers and has resulted in widespread protests. The footage contains imagery of the actresses massaging the Swami's feet and feeding him delicacies, before getting in bed with him. As soon as the news broke out dozens of followers on Wednesday vandalised the Swami's Ashram in Bidadi. You can watch the disturbing video here, know that it is most definitely not safe for work.
